A crisp and bright single-cultivar matcha. Produced from organic tencha leaves which were shaded for at least three weeks and grounded into a vibrant green colour. Vegetal notes with a balance in sweetness and freshness makes for a rich and velvety finish. Our matcha pairs equally well with both sweet baked items and lightly salted savoury food. 

Directions: 1-1.5g (½ tsp) matcha powder / 180ml water, 800C. Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk the matcha in a W or M motion in a bowl until a froth forms. Add to frothed milk for a matcha latte, or enjoy over ice for an iced matcha latte. Refrigerate after opening
